Oguz Rent a Car Car Rental Conditions AGE:
23 years old 3 years driving license for economy group vehicles (R.Clio, Hyundai i20, VW Polo, etc.)
For middle group vehicles 25 years 4 years driving license (R.Megane, Opel Astra, VW Jetta, VW Golf, etc.)
For upper group vehicles 27 years old 5 years driving license (Audi4, VW Passat, etc.) For luxury group vehicles 28 years old and above 5 years driving license (BMW, Mercedes C180, etc.)
Driving license
Persons declared as the driver of the vehicle must have a valid driver's license in the country of rental. (International Driver's License recommended) International Driver's License is required for driving licenses that do not use the Latin alphabet. Additional drivers other than the person making the reservation are required.
Deposit (Credit Card Use)
Our rental customers are asked to have a credit card issued in their name during the rental. Pre-authorization is blocked from this credit card according to the group of the vehicle they rent. MasterCard, Visa, Euro Card, Access, Troy or known credit cards are accepted. Debit cards are not accepted.
Oguz Rent a Car Price Conditions:
Services and products included in Oğuz Rent a Car Prices. The following services and products are included in all prices you see on the site. Exempt Accident Insurance Benefit Coverage All prices include Exempt Accident Insurance (CDW). Comprehensive Accident Insurance covers damage in the event of a collision. If the insurance conditions are fulfilled, it compensates the customer for the damage caused by the collision, with varying amounts depending on the vehicle group. This insurance does not cover non-collision damages (parking lot, tire glass headlight). Limited km usage 250 km/day or 3500 km/month. For exceeded km, 3 TL+Kdv km fee is charged.
ATTENTION!!!In the following cases, the Insurance Benefit Coverage will be invalid and the damage will not be covered by the insurance. Use of the vehicle by anyone other than the persons whose names are written on the lease contract, Use of the vehicle outside the normal conditions of use (use of the vehicle with high engine temperature, bad road conditions or walking on flat tires, filling the vehicle with the wrong fuel and other similar situations), Use of the vehicle outside the traffic rules (exceeding the legal speed limits, passing through red lights and other similar violations), Use of the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, A load carried in the vehicle causes damage or an accident,
- Using the vehicle carelessly and without taking precautions (not adjusting the speed according to the road conditions in rainy weather, not following the vehicle in front at the minimum safety distance and other similar uses), Failure to report an accident or theft immediately to the contact phones to be given to the customer, abandoning the vehicle at the scene of the accident (except in the case of a disabling condition determined by a doctor's report), Failure to obtain the necessary reports (traffic and alcohol report) from the relevant authorities within 48 hours in the event of an accident, Failure to deliver the original key in case the vehicle is stolen. Failure to deliver the vehicle without approval and despite the end of the rental period, Damage to the vehicle or the other party due to the loads carried in the vehicle, Damage to tires, glass or headlights are not included in the Deductible Accident Insurance. This insurance can be purchased separately. Damages to 3rd parties are covered under the compulsory financial liability insurance coverage. The customer is responsible for the amounts outside the coverage limits. The reservation is not valid unless we receive a confirmation e-mail from us. If the payment has been made, it will be refunded, please check the confirmation message.
COMMITMENT
I have given permission to use the credit card that I have given in order to collect the vehicle rental fee, fuel and service fee that may arise from incomplete fuel return, traffic fines and toll highway, bridge, tunnel usage fees that occurred during my rental period, extra extension day fee, damage costs that may arise from driving without accident detection reports and drunk driving, engine failures that may arise from dirty and incorrect fuel, and all of the fees to be collected under the contract and to return the amount held as a deposit.
Services and Products Not Included in Oguz Rent a Car Prices:
Full Accident Insurance (Top Cover CDW) In the event of an accident, in addition to eliminating the responsibility of the tenant, it covers damages (parking lot, tire-glass-headlight damages, etc.) up to 5.000TL economic, 7.500 TL Medium, 9.000TL Suv or 19.000TL Luxury, in amounts varying according to the vehicle group that occur without collision. Personal Accident Insurance Pays the treatment expenses of the passengers in the vehicle within the limits. Third Party Liability Insurance Material damages caused by the vehicle to third parties are covered within the limits set by the compulsory traffic insurance.
One Way Fee:
In case the vehicle is to be rented or delivered at a different point from the specified stations, a one-way fee is applied. (Please ask for availability) The fuel difference between the pick-up fuel level and the delivery fuel level will be charged to the renter by adding a service fee between 25%-30% depending on the fuel prices at the time of delivery. It will be much more economical for the renter to deliver the vehicle with the fuel level at which it was purchased.
Additional Driver :
A 2nd driver can be added to a contract upon presentation of a driver's license and compliance with the rental prerequisites (except for the deposit prerequisite). The 2nd driver will be charged a fee per day. Baby and Child Seat Baby and child seats can be provided in the vehicles. If you specify during your reservation, our reservation officers will inform you. Rental Contract Modification Requests The rental price and the booking confirmation are based on the conditions agreed upon at the beginning. In cases where it is not operationally possible to meet a change that may be requested in these conditions (the vehicle has a reservation, maintenance mileage, etc.), this request may not be met. Even if the change request is accepted, an additional fee may be charged as this will change the initial price calculation or no refund will be made for early returns. A change in any of the following conditions may change the rental conditions. The request for extension of the rental period is received by phone for the first extension and the fee is collected by mail order and approved. In subsequent extension requests, the vehicle must be brought to one of the Oğuz Rent a Car offices and checked.
Change of return date and time (extension/early return):
Request to add an additional driver to the contract Time Difference The rental period is 24 hours. A daily rental fee may be charged for delivery 2 hours later than the rental time. Delays in the delivery of the vehicle without approval may lead to the deactivation of the Insurance Benefit Coverage (Full or Exempt Accident Insurance) and may cause an additional hour difference fee. - Other Operational Extras You can get information about the price and availability of the services you think you may need during your journey by informing our reservation officers. - Booking Conditions The reservations you make through our website are valid under the following conditions: In case of a request to change the conditions of the reservation you have made (changing the return date before or after, changing the return station, changing the vehicle group, adding an additional driver to the contract), the request cannot be met, and if it is met, an additional fee may be charged or a reduction in the rental price may not be possible. All prices you see on our website are subject to Exempt Accident Insurance,VAT and limited mileage are included. For your other additional service needs, you can get information by reading the "Price Conditions". In periods of high reservation density, all or part of the car rental fee can be requested by mail order or transfer to the account" during the reservation. For reservations with advance payment; In case of cancellation of the reservations made, 40 TL until at least 72 hours before the time the vehicle will be picked up, if the vehicle cannot be delivered due to cancellation or non-compliance with the rental conditions for periods less than 72 hours, one (1) day rental fee of the reserved vehicle will be charged. In early returns of the vehicle, 1 day rental fee is deducted. Cancellation notifications must be made in writing to e-posta:[email protected]. In case of a change in the rental day during the reservation and rental phase, it is calculated according to the daily price list. A lease contract will be signed during the rental. Although it is not a common practice, the brand and model of the vehicle selected in your reservation can be replaced with an equivalent vehicle.Although all precautions have been taken to avoid any problems during your travels, please call the contact numbers that will be provided to you in case of any need. You will receive a call or a message from our reservation department after you have made a final reservation. You can pay your payment by "mail order" from your credit card or transfer to the account at the reservation stage or by credit card or cash when you pick up the vehicle. Even if cash payment is made, pre-authorization is blocked from your credit card according to the vehicle group you rent. If you want the rental fee to be paid by your company by "payment against invoice" (Current Account) method, if you send us the Current Account information, our accounting department will contact the relevant persons of your company on the subject. Fair fuel policy is applied in our vehicles. Excess fuel is not refunded.
Since the above prerequisites will be sought during the rental, if you do not have your driver's license and credit card with you, the vehicle will not be delivered and the reservation will be canceled.
The vehicle is delivered clean and picked up clean, washing fee is charged for the dirty vehicles delivered.
